Needed for a handicapped individual. Signed up, Cancelled same day
Handicapped individual I am guardian for, I was looking into tracking apps. I signed up for a trial, Billed 99.00 Deleted and cancelled within two hours since I have IOS and he has Android Impossible to set up.
I have reached out with no avail. Bank was only given 9 numbers of the phone number.
Cannot contact. Next is BBB

They shut you out of app if not paid immediately. If you paid for a full month but its late they will give you a discount the next month but still charge your account for original price.
Customer service is terrible. If his phone locks itself I cant get it unlocked without calling them. Its been more of a hassle buying this phone than anything. Way more expensive than any metro plan for half of the service.
Literally everything they provide you could do on your childs smartphone. Literally a waste of time and money

Unauthorised charges
I decided to stop using their service and i send them an email to inform them. They continued to charge me for many months without to send me any invoice and unfortunately without to notice it.
When i found out what they were doing i blocked my bank payments to them and i asked them a full refund.
They gave me a partial refund and they even dont answer to my emails. Be carefull having any cooperation with bark as you may unauthorised charged continuously from them.

This is a dishonest company. I would buy from them.
They offer no customer phone support. They only reply with emails and are repeated over and over like a email bot. There is a hardware issue with the bark watch and they keep giving me a round around. They wont replace the watch or refund my money.
We have never gotten the watch set up because of technical issues with the watch or company.
This is a scam company. Buyers beware.

I tried. I do not have a doctorate in computer networking.
I ordered their Bark Home, a little device that connects to the router. Got that working finally, but my son can no longer get on his homeschool websites. Looking for a phone number for tech support, there are none! Then you find out this company not even an American company, they are in London.
Canceling.
The important thing to remember before signing up, try calling them. No number, no business with me.

Cant speak to anyone
Just trying to set this up was a nightmare. They dump an android in your lap with zero customer support while needing to link accounts that won't allow you as you don't have permission. Absolutely horrid experience so far, and I've had it for an hour

I can't connect your product to my computer. Please don't put me through an endless chat.
I've already tried that. Just tell me the mailing address so I can return the Bark Home and get a refund.
The issue is that all the spaces on my router are taken up.

This phone is agervating
DMyself and my husband has tried to set this phone up for two days and its impossible cant reach out to anyone to get assistants Im just over it now trying to figure out how to return it omg just a waste of energy no communication from anyone no number nothing

Bark Technologies illegally made a fraudulent unauthorized charge. The images they sent stating damages were not accurate nor from pictures of the phone returned.
The sequence of the images were obviously pulled from a library they have on file because not one of the 3 photos were in sequential order. Way too large of a gap, like the photos were selected from a library. They refuse to send a photo showing one screen with all three scratches they are claiming. There is no US based customer service number to call.
It's a company out of the US with a Country code of +020. US residents have every right to know what they are dealing with. Look at the attached image especially the first one. If I took pictures of something, the pictures of that item would be in a sequential order.
The money is not a big deal, don't even care about it. It's the principals behind this company falsifying images just to collect revenue.

I am extremely disappointed in this app. Someone removed the app from my daughters phone without my permission
I had the bark app for a reason to monitor my daughters social media and phone. She was taken by her father on November 11 and thats I I tracked her. After that I got a notification my account has been removed from her app on he phone and bark will not refund me my money and my access to my daughters phone was lost.
